The Family Tree Quilt
Editors Note: Please keep in mind that I am a seamstress, not a photographer. I am very aware of my talent limitations.
Well after 6 months, it is finished. This was made to commemorate the 50th anniversary of my parents.
Each branch of the family is outlined in a different color, so it's possible to glance at a hand and know who that child belongs to.
Married couples have wedding rings, complete with "bling"
Name and date of the quilt
The stippling around the edges of the quilt is done with the text of "The Family: A Proclamation to the World"
Where it all began
